Sitting here thinking about you ,
Not much else I’d rather do.
Thinking about you being here,
About how I want to feel you near.
Moments with you are far too few,
Memories are all I have to pull me through.
But memories will do,
If it means I get to be with you,
For all these thoughts will keep my heart true.
I’ll remember all the good times we’ve shared,
Every time you stroked my hair,
And all the times you said you cared.
Along with the times we walked hand in hand,
Makes me glad that your my man
All the times you kissed my lips,
Every time you held my hips,
All those times you pulled me tight,
All those times we spent up all night.
I keep these thoughts close to my heart,
For thoughts of you are all I’ve got
But I guess it’s cool,
Because for now all you’ve got is memories too.
So remember my face,
Remember my shape,
Remember my kiss,
And warm embrace,
Remember how much I love you,
Forget about all those girls that were untrue.
Remember my voice,
Remember my eyes,
Remember how they shine every time you come by.
Think about the first time we kissed,
Reminiscence about how it felt when you first hit this.
Remember the first time I spent the night,
Remember how we made love all night.
Think about how I screamed your name,
Remember how I was wet like rain.
Hopefully thoughts of me will ease you mind,
Soothe your soul, and help you unwind.
When you read this poem,
I hope I come to mind .
But don’t just dwell on the past,
Always think about our future boo.
Think about what will come to pass.
Think about me being your wife,
Damn that sounds nice.
Think about how our life would be,
Would we settle here? Or move to another state?
Who’s family would we spend Christmas with,
Mine or yours?
Think about waking up in the morning,
And the first face you see is mine.
Or when your stressed and need a shoulder to lean on,
Your wife would be there right by your side.
Maybe your tense, and need to be relieved,
Quickly and in a hurry I’ll fall to my knees.
You’re my stud, I’ll do anything to please…
Cuz you keep me happy, and that’s all I need.
I love you girl, and I want you to know,
That no matter how long your gone,
Out love will still grow.
So keep your head up,
I’ll do the same.
And think of me as often as possible
Because I’ll be doing the same
And all the things I feel for you
Will still remain the same.
