Late-nite, i make a tap at your door,
Sleepy-eyed, you answer, wondering what this was for..
You were on my mind today, i missed seeing your face,
And Even though its almost morning, i had to come by your place..
A craziness just came over me, i had to see you soon,
So, i walked all the way, guided by the light of the moon..
For you and only you would i do this,
Taking your face in my hands, upon you, i place a kiss..
As i did so, you started to cry,
Hush baby...say nothing, i already know why..
Its an unwritten, unsaid, unread type of thing,
And upon your finger i place this ring..
By the reply in your eyes, i knew the angels did sing,
So from this day forth, only happiness to you i will bring...
