Plagerism

Plagiarist: a person who steals another's work and presents it as her own.

The Plagerist is a thief and a liar. She wants the accolades and praise that goes with producing a fantastic piece, but, instead of developing her own skill, she steals from someone else. The truth will always come out. Either people will recognize the work as belonging to someone else or, when she does write, it will be apparent that she doen't have the skill to produce the work she's been trying to pass off as hers.

And when it does come out, real writers will think she is one of the lowest/trifflin' creatures to ever walk the earth. She isn't worthy to be the dust on the souls of a bad writer's shoes. Even if she had good writing skills, her reputation is gone and EVERYTHING that she has ever written is questionable.

A weak-mediocre writer who is earnestly working to improve and sharpen her skills gets more respect than a plagerist.
