we made love
and our bodies have never touched
that's why I can say I love her so much
her orgasms were like my spoken words
during a poetry reading
I craved the sound of her voice
it turned into something I was always needing
I could feel her heartbeat miles away
and if she were sleeping
I could feel her comfort in the calmness of my day
we made love
with out touching
and at times
turning a simple “hello”
Into something
that made love to our spines
her tears when she was in pain
wet my body
and mine did the same
together we dried each other off
but never used a physical touch
covered with a cloth
we made love
and her smile
made the sun rise for me
we made love
and I thank God she loves me

I saw God in your eyes

She's the best thing in my life
But I can't make her my wife
She's too precious and sacred
I know at times she feels
I'm untrue and filled with hatred
I don't believe in love anymore
But I believe in her
And I would never hurt
Someone with so much worth
To me
I know she can't see
What I see now
I know that I hurt her
And I said I stopped loving her
But how?
I knew it wasn't completely true
And she did too

I got used to knowing she loved me in the cracks of night

But although I wish I could
I'm not worthy to be your wife

I know her hands are soft
I felt them one day

at times I wish

I would die with you
