Consequences<\/a>, the sequel to Choices<\/a>, is an action packed, drama filled novel that is a fast and enjoyable read. The story revolves around three relationships that are in various relationship stages: Lena\/Denise, Cooley\/Misha, Carmen\/Nic. These ladies have a hard enough time dealing\/communicating with each other, but then add to the mix a husband, ex-lovers, a stalker, and a host of secondary characters–it’s the perfect recipe for conflict.<\/p>\n

Each leading lady in Consequences has either one of two issues: she’s not satisfied with the life that she has but doesn’t know what she wants, or she yearns for a relationship she can’t have while settling for less. Both situations lead to an atmosphere that is ripe for heartache and heartbreak.<\/p>\n

Though not perfect, the characters are multi-faceted and, even when they are doing wrong, you still hope that they see the light and do what’s right.<\/p>\n
