\nTwo hour Class: Lecture, Demonstration and Attendee Practice Workshop<\/p>\n
Date: Thursday November 29, 2007 Note: No Wheelchair access to the bottom floor where the class is going to be held. Bring your own water\/coffee and snacks. Dancing toys? Transform your style of playing with toys through beat and dance. The class emphasis is on using impact toys in a percussive, rhythmic and spiritual flow style.<\/p>\n Additionally, it will cover developing an intention prior to play, how to create energetic flow with various toys, energy building with your play partner, maintaining mindfulness, and safety.<\/p>\n The first hour consists of a lecture with handouts, and demonstrations with a demo-model. In the second hour the attendees will engage in hands-on play. Ms. Heart and her demo-model will assist attendees, answer individual play questions, and give tips.<\/p>\n Wear comfortable clothes, bring a few impact toys, (i.e. leather paddles, slappers, crops & etc.), pillow and a small blanket\/yoga mat.
